We recommend that you check the weather before you arrive. While some parts of the festival are under cover, the event is largely outdoors and subject to BC weather. We recommend that you dress accordingly and wear layers. Umbrellas and rain ponchos will be made available for guests at the entrance when there is rainy weather.

Follow us on social media for the latest updates. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified via email and SMS (make sure to double check you provided the correct number!) At which point you will have the opportunity to transfer your ticket to another date.

There is no limit on how long guests can stay at Glow. We have a NEW wand adventure program, food trucks, live performances, playgrounds, a craft corner, Glow-comotive train ride, a gift shop, a full market featuring goods from local makers and of course enchanting lights to keep the whole family amazed and entertained. The average guest stays for approximately 2 hours.

Santa will be on site nightly until Dec 24. He normally arrives one hour after we open and leaves one hour before we close.

Yes we do, please purchase a ticket for your special needs individual and when you come to the event check in at the box office and show them your access2 card to receive your free caregiver admission ticket.

As with most events, there is a small fee for all the products and services associated with creating and executing a ticketing system. We work hard to keep these charges to a minimum, while still providing a convenient purchasing system for our visitors.

When making your reservation, you will have the ability to redeem your discount code directly in the booking flow. To do this…

1. Access the booking flow by purchasing your tickets at https://langley.glowgardens.com/

2. Select the Date and Time

3. Select Your Ticket Types. Above the ticket types, there is a box labelled “Promo Code”.

4. Input your promo code into this box, and select apply. A loading button will appear shortly, followed by either a success notice, showing as the code and its associated discount, or an “invalid code” notice including an explanation to why the code did not apply.

Glow Christmas Langley is a festive light celebration with something for everyone, we welcome people of all ages to come and enjoy themselves.

All pathways will be flat paved roads or hard-packed gravel to ensure that strollers and wheelchairs are able to get around easily. There is also accessible parking spots reserved at the front of our lot, when you arrive just notify the parking attendent and they will guide you to the appropriate area.

Entry to the event is staggered to ensure the best guest experience for everyone, and for you and your family to enjoy Glow without overcrowding.

Tickets are being sold in 1 hour entry time increments. Please arrive as closely as possible to the time indicated on your e-ticket, to ensure a smooth flow of traffic.

We understand that traffic and life can be unpredictable (especially in the Christmas season!) Guests are asked to arrive as close as possible to the entry time on their e-ticket. This helps ensure a safe and smooth event. Especially with so many little ones in attendance, we want to be proactive against overcrowding. Guests who arrive late may be asked to wait or rescheduled to the next available time slot if we are at capacity, thank you for your cooperation!

Yes, there will be a number of beverage kiosks and a selection of food truck options for purchasing tempting treats and savory sustenance!

We have worked hard to offer more activities and a bigger festival this year, including adding a NEW 3-storey $1M Crystal Palace landmark attraction, while retaining our current ticket pricing level for the third year in a row. 

As an event, our mission is to create an experience for families to treasure and make memories together. We recognize the challenges that Canadians are facing with inflation and the rising cost of living but want to ensure that people are still able to experience the magic of the season.

If you are only able to invest in one holiday experience as a family this year, our event will provide the best value for your money and will be the go-to holiday celebration where memories are made, laughter is contagious and the magic is real.

Yes, we will have bathroom and hand washing facilities on site.

All visitors will be given a game ticket upon entry which they can use to take part in the scavenger hunt and all on-site activities. When they find each magical ticket booth (there are 6 in total), there will be a staff member to help your child validate the card.

A family pass offers more than a 20% discount on individual tickets for 2 adults and 3 children/seniors. Children 3 and under are always free. The family pass is a fantastic deal, especially when purchased during our early bird sale, it is the best discount of the season.

Animals are not permitted on site and cannot be left unattended in vehicles.

The only exception is Service Dogs with a British Columbia Dog Identification Card or the equivalent license/Identification Card obtained from the government certified licensing body in your province, state or country of residence.

For British Columbia Residents, please visit the following government website to obtain your Identification Card Guide Dog and Service Dog Certification – Province of British Columbia (gov.bc.ca).

For all other provinces and states, please consult your provincial or state government website to confirm certification, licensing and identification requirements for Service Dogs pertaining to entry into events and businesses.

Please note for out of province residents where a Service Dog Identification Card is not available, the person assigned to the service dog must have valid government issued photo identification from their province of residence, which will be checked by security as a condition of entry.
